Meet the Founder
My love for natural health came to life after the birth of my first child. It opened my eyes to just how many toxins silently make their way into our homes—often without us even realising. What started out as concern, quickly grew into a passion for creating a healthier environment for my family.
I began making small, manageable changes guided by the 80/20 principle: striving for clean living most of the time, while allowing room for flexibility and grace. Perfection isn’t realistic but progress is powerful.
Over time, we’ve eliminated many of the major toxins in our home by switching to natural alternatives for cleaning products, laundry detergents, healthcare essentials, and personal care items. It’s been a journey of learning, adapting, and choosing better - one step at a time.
Ozone therapy captured my attention when watching a life-changing cancer documentary. The idea of oxygen being so fundamental to our health and immune system, inspired me to study further and complete a certificate in ozone therapy.
Our family relocated to Durbanville at the beginning of 2024 and the idea of opening a small space from home slowly came to life.
My vision has always been to offer a life-giving, alternative therapy at an affordable price, so that it can reach more people.
